My trial is used up. What now?

There is one trial per account and there will not be a second one. To carry on working and take the files, you need a subscription — the smallest plan is €9 a month.

What are credits?

The service's internal account: every piece of work costs some number of credits. Credits arrive as a package once a month with the subscription — on monthly billing and on yearly billing alike.

What plans are there?

Start — 300 credits, €9 a month. Work — 1000 credits, €19. Studio — 3000 credits, €49. Pro — 6500 credits, €89. Paying for a year means paying for ten months instead of twelve.

Can the model invent a price or a discount in the text?

Accepted Answer

No, and it is forbidden to do so outright. It writes about what is visible in the picture and about what you added yourself in the line about the business. It does not know your prices, opening hours, discounts, delivery or awards, and it will not make them up: an invented discount in a post is not a nice phrase, it is a lie to your customer.

What is the difference between the three picture qualities?

Ordinary is for drafts and social media, high is for your site and social media at full quality, maximum is for print and banners. The difference is the size of the picture and how well it holds up when enlarged. Ordinary costs 15 credits, high 25, maximum 35; the price is shown next to the choice on the screen itself.

How long are files kept?

While the subscription is running — with no time limit. After it ends the files live for another month. For someone who has never subscribed — 90 days from the work itself. Once the term is up files are deleted beyond recovery, so download them in good time.

Where are the finished texts kept?

Accepted Answer

In My works. A text for one of your works is shown under that work, behind the Texts link; a text for a picture you sent us is on a separate Texts tab. The tab is needed because there is no work behind such a text at all: we delete the file you sent right after the job and do not keep it.

Who is it for?

Accepted Answer

People with a small business and no designer of their own: a bakery, a workshop, a shop, a tutor. All you need is to be able to describe your business in words — the service takes care of the rest.

Question 9

What happens to my credits if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

The subscription keeps working to the end of the paid period, and credits already granted stay until their own expiry date. There will be no further charges.

Question 10

What is the voluntary guarantee?

Accepted Answer

If within 14 days of your first payment you have used no more than 10 % of the credits from that payment and downloaded nothing, we return the full amount on your email to support@brifora.app. The guarantee works once per account and does not apply to renewals.
